Return and Refund Policy:
If there is something wrong with the order, you may return the product following the
criteria mentioned below
- Has to be notified within 72 hours (3 days).
- The product has to be returned in its original/unused form.
- If the product is used improperly or damaged due to negligence then the product will be out of the return/refund policy.
- Contact the number given on the website.
- If there is any free promotional item with the product then the free item also has to be returned with the product.
- A return is not possible after 3 days limit.
- Proper reasoning, order id and original copy of invoice will be needed.
- Maximum 2 attempts will be taken in order to picking up the product. After 2 attempts request will not be counted anymore.
- The request has to be made within 3 working days.
- Evaluation will be done to determine if the refund is possible or not.
- One can claim a refund if the complaint regarding the product is valid and the product completes all the return steps.
- If the product is out of stock and replacement is not possible then the customer will get a full refund.
- If an unwanted online payment is done due to a technical error then a refund will be made.
- If the payment is made using mobile banking, debit/credit card or bank transfer then a refund will be made in the same account.
- An exchange is possible instead of a refund but in that case, the product has to be completely sealed/intact.
- The customer will receive a refund within 10 working days.
